Who handles your information
Your enquiry is routed to the country team or Jebel Ali warehouse team you select. The relevant RAH company handles the information needed to assess or arrange its services. Company names and contact details appear on our Contact page, and the contracting company is identified in your service documents.
Website enquiry administration is coordinated through RAH Shipping & Logistic LLC at 901, API World Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 232268. For privacy questions concerning any of our four country operations, contact AEconnect@rahshiplog.com so the request can be directed to the responsible team.
Information you provide
We collect the contact and shipment details you submit, including your name, company, email, phone number, route, cargo requirements and any optional supporting files. We also receive information you send when you contact the team by email or WhatsApp.
Provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not upload identity documents, payment-card details, patient information or other unnecessary sensitive data. If you provide another person’s details, ensure you are authorised to share them.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry details to assess the requested service, communicate with you, prepare a quotation and, where agreed, arrange the shipment. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and preventing misuse.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement rely on your cookie choice. The quotation form does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list.
Who may receive information
Relevant information may be shared with the RAH team, carriers, customs or other authorities, warehouses, handling agents and operating partners where needed for the enquiry or agreed shipment. Website hosting, email and other service providers may process information to provide those services.
International enquiries can involve recipients in the UAE, Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands or the shipment’s other origin, transit and destination countries. Storage, access and retention
Website enquiries and uploaded documents are accessible to authorised administrators. Information may also be held in business email and operational records. We retain information while needed to respond to the enquiry, deliver the agreed service, address claims or disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping duties.
Retention is assessed by the purpose and status of the enquiry, the records needed for an actual shipment and applicable legal requirements. You can ask for the retention criteria or request deletion; some records may need to be kept where a legal or contractual reason continues to apply.
Cookies and measurement

With your permission, measurement can record page visits, successful enquiries and contact-link interactions, along with campaign identifiers. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and shipment documents are not included in the website’s measurement event payloads. Third-party tools may apply their own cookie settings and retention periods.
Email, WhatsApp and external services
Clicking an email or WhatsApp link opens that service. Information you choose to send is also handled by the relevant provider under its own terms and privacy practices. An email or WhatsApp draft is not sent until you choose to send it.
A submitted website enquiry displays a confirmation reference after it is successfully saved. If you do not receive confirmation, contact the team rather than assuming the enquiry has been received.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions.

This shared notice does not reduce any rights or obligations under the data-protection laws that apply to you, the responsible RAH company or the relevant processing. Where mandatory local requirements apply, those requirements take precedence.
