Connect your vehicle with the Rotterdam shipping leg
For a car located in the Netherlands or arriving through Rotterdam, share the collection address, destination and expected handover date. We review the port movement, loading requirements and destination scope together so that separate stages are included in the quotation where needed.
If the vehicle is collected from a seller elsewhere in Europe, provide the actual collection country and postcode. A European collection does not by itself establish the vehicle’s customs status or export eligibility. Identify the seller, owner and party responsible for the export documents before the movement is arranged.
Choose the shipping scope around the vehicle
We review container shipping and, where available for the route, roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) options. The practical choice depends on vehicle size, condition, carrier acceptance and the origin and destination ports. Available methods, schedules and handling are confirmed with the quotation.

Prepare before the car moves
Tell us the make, model, year, dimensions and running condition, including any battery details or special handling requirements. For shipments to the UAE, Pakistan or other destinations, import eligibility is checked with the responsible party before booking. Jebel Ali storage or re-export requirements can be reviewed with our UAE team.
Your quotation should identify service charges, port handling, storage, any optional cargo insurance and exclusions. Duties, taxes and registration are separate considerations; ask the team to clarify which parties are responsible.

Can the quotation include collection from a European seller?
Send the collection country, postcode, seller’s release requirements and vehicle condition. We will review the available collection and port delivery arrangements for that location.
Can I ship an electric, modified or non-running car?
Declare the full condition and vehicle type when enquiring. Special handling or carrier restrictions may apply, and acceptance must be confirmed before delivery to the loading point.
