A RAH facility for your free-zone storage requirement
Our own Jebel Ali Free Zone warehouse gives customers a direct point of contact for the storage stage of their shipment. Whether you need space between sailings, cargo held for re-export or a plan for onward distribution, tell us the commodity, volume and expected storage period.
We agree the receiving and dispatch requirements with you before cargo arrives. Storage space, cargo acceptance and handling arrangements are confirmed for the actual goods; specialised requirements need to be stated at the enquiry stage.
Why use a free-zone warehouse?
For eligible goods admitted under the correct free-zone procedure, storage for re-export can avoid UAE import duty while the goods remain in the zone. Release into the UAE mainland requires the applicable import clearance and may trigger duties and taxes.
The customs treatment depends on the goods and movement. It is not a blanket exemption from VAT, service charges or every tax. We review the intended customs procedure alongside the handling and transport scope.

Useful for traders, importers and re-export customers
If your stock is intended for an overseas buyer, share the likely destination and dispatch schedule. If some stock will enter the UAE mainland and some will be re-exported, identify those separate flows at the quotation stage.
Customers shipping from the UK, Pakistan or the Netherlands can include the Jebel Ali storage leg in the same enquiry as the international transport. Automotive customers should identify vehicle handling or storage requirements so suitability can be confirmed.

Is this RAH’s own warehouse facility?

Is all cargo automatically duty-free?
No. Free-zone treatment depends on the correct customs procedure. Mainland release requires import clearance and applicable duties and taxes. The quotation distinguishes storage and handling charges from government charges.
Can container haulage and shipping be included?
Yes. Request port collection, warehouse handling, storage and onward shipping together. Provide the locations and expected dates so the team can quote the complete movement.
