For a UAE import, tell us the discharge port and whether the delivery is to the mainland or a free zone. For an export, start with the collection point and loading plan. An enquiry through Jebel Ali can include inland movement and cargo handling where required.
A re-export or cross-stuffing requirement should be identified before the freight is booked. The container movement, cargo handling and documentation need to fit the same sequence.

Yes, request those legs with your enquiry. Include complete locations and site access details so the team can confirm the available scope and quote the relevant transport separately.
Does a freight quote include every destination charge?
The written quotation should identify inclusions and exclusions. Ask us to confirm destination handling, clearance, duties, taxes and local delivery rather than assuming they are included in the ocean rate.
